Tell us about your roof.

A real quote starts with a site visit, not a number over the phone. Leave your details and we will call back to arrange one — it is free, and it commits you to nothing.

Request a quoteA few details to start. We will call you back to fix a time for the site visit, usually the same working day.

We use your details only to respond to this enquiry. No lists, no third parties, and no follow-up you did not ask for.

Questions we are asked most

The things people ask on the first call, answered here so you can skip them.

How much roof area do I need?
As a rule of thumb, about 100 square feet of shade-free roof for every 1 kW. A 3 kW system therefore needs roughly 300 square feet clear of water tanks, parapet shadow and staircase blocks. On the site visit we measure the usable area rather than the total area, which is usually the number that matters.
How much electricity will it actually generate?
In Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh a well-oriented rooftop system produces in the region of four units per kW on a clear day, and noticeably less in heavy monsoon weeks. Your written proposal carries a yield estimate based on your own roof orientation, tilt and shading rather than a generic figure.
Will I still get an electricity bill?
Yes, usually a smaller one. Net metering credits what you export against what you import, but fixed and demand charges from the DISCOM continue regardless. Anyone promising a zero bill is not counting those.
What is net metering, in plain terms?
A bi-directional meter replaces your existing one. Daytime generation you do not consume goes to the grid and is credited; at night you draw from the grid against those credits. We file the DISCOM application, arrange the meter change and close the paperwork.
Do I need batteries?
For most homes and businesses, no. A grid-tied system without batteries is cheaper, simpler and eligible for subsidy. Batteries make sense when you need power through outages, and they add materially to the cost. We will tell you plainly which case you are in.
How long does an installation take?
For a home, two to three days on site once material reaches you. The longer part is approvals — DISCOM application, meter change and net metering — which we file and follow up. Commercial and industrial plants are phased so the premises keep running.
Do you handle the PM Surya Ghar subsidy?
Yes, and we do not charge separately for it. We prepare the application, submit it and track it through to the point where the amount is credited to your bank account after inspection and net-meter installation. Note that this subsidy is for residential rooftop only — commercial and industrial projects work on accelerated depreciation instead.
How long do solar panels last?
Modules are typically warranted for around 25 years of performance, with output declining slowly across that period. Inverters have a shorter life and are usually the first component to be replaced. Both warranties are registered in your name and the make and model appear on your quote.
What maintenance does a system need?
Cleaning, mainly. Dust on the glass is the biggest single cause of lost generation in Gujarat, so panels want a wash every few weeks in dry months. Beyond that it is periodic checks of connections, earthing and inverter health, which our scheduled service covers.
Does it work in monsoon and on cloudy days?
It works, but at reduced output — the panels respond to light, not heat, so an overcast day still generates, just less. Sizing is done on a full-year picture, so the strong months carry the weak ones. Net metering credits do the same job across seasons.
What warranty and service do I get after handover?
Manufacturer warranties on modules and inverter, our own workmanship cover on the structure and wiring, remote generation monitoring, and a scheduled maintenance cycle. The same team that installed the plant is the team you reach afterwards.
Can I see a working installation before I decide?
Yes. We have commissioned residential, commercial and industrial plants across Surat, Lucknow and beyond, and we are happy to arrange a visit to a site similar to yours. Ask on the call.
